An account that has recorded no login activity for a period of 12 consecutive months is classified as dormant. 11pkr may apply a monthly dormancy administration fee to dormant accounts as permitted under applicable regulations. Players will be notified by their registered contact method before any dormancy fee is applied. Remaining balances after applicable fees will be returned to players upon written request made within the applicable limitation period.
11pkr accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, Meezan Bank transfer, and general bank transfer in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). All transactions are processed in PKR. No foreign currency deposits are accepted. No cryptocurrency transactions are accepted.
11pkr operates in compliance with international anti-money laundering (AML) standards. Deposits must originate from funds that belong to you and that have been obtained by lawful means. 11pkr is required to report suspicious transaction patterns to relevant authorities. For cricket markets, including PSL league matches, Test series, and international T20I fixtures, the following additional rules apply: a match must reach a defined minimum number of overs (as stated in the specific market rules) for pre-match bets to stand; in-play bets are settled on the result at the time of the event's conclusion or abandonment; rain-affected matches settled via Duckworth-Lewis method are settled on the official result.
All bonuses and promotional offers made available on 11pkr are subject to the specific terms presented at the time each offer is issued. General bonus terms applicable across all 11pkr promotions include the following:
New 11pkr players may be eligible for a welcome deposit bonus as advertised on the platform at the time of first deposit.
